Virginia Burchett, Chief Executive Officer of VBurchett Consulting, is an experienced speaker and noted healthcare innovator. She is an accomplished Healthcare Consultant and Population Health expert with 30 years experience in the Healthcare industry, including 25 years of experience at Kaiser Permanente. Ms. Burchett has direct consulting experience involving a vast range of industry matters, including federal value-driven health legislation, public health, population health, national and state compliance, government healthcare programs/policy, quality initiatives, and health information technology. Ms. Burchett evaluates health technologies, designed digital health platforms, and implemented meaningful behavior change management programs for patients. Ms. Burchett created a nationally recognized award winning brand, enhancing the mission and goals of a multi-hospital health system. She coordinated the closure and opening of hospitals and medical centers and helped to create Centers of Excellence.

Eric Odero is the founder and CEO of Command Health Informatics (CHI), a veteran owned Healthcare IT Consulting Company founded with a firm commitment to enhancing human sustainability through technological innovation. CHI provides an in-depth knowledge and expertise in Clinical Informatics, Electronic Medical Records and Software Development.
Under Eric's direction, CHI manages project cycles a every level from initial strategies to implementation completion. CHI provides contact resources specializing in the Epic Clinical System in addition to other clinical technological integration, interfacing, outsourcing, and training needs.
A world traveler and gifted leader, Eric is a veteran of the US Army and adjunct professor in Graz, Austria.
Based in Washington DC and West Chester, PA, Ken is currently the President of Becker Healthcare and Public Affairs, a strategic healthcare and public affairs consulting firm.
In June of 2014, Becker Public Affairs partnered with The JMG Group to work with community-based healthcare organizations to develop effective systems of care that meet the needs of DoD and VA patients, allow for easy referrals from VA and TRICARE prime contractors to community based providers, and ensure seamless communications and data transfers in compliance with VA and TRICARE program requirements.
Ken has more than 25 years of expertise in and knowledge of the internal and external workings of the full healthcare continuum, and has enjoyed a history of success, building connections, shaping policy, and designing, managing, and advancing complex business, legislative, advocacy, and regulatory affairs solutions for healthcare organizations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Most recently, Ken served as the senior government affairs and development officer for a large multi state health care system. There he provided leadership developing, managing, and advancing system wide advocacy, philanthropic, and fund development strategies. During his 13 year tenure, Ken successfully led to the system-wide strategy that resulted in garnering more than $33 million in grants; advocated to change federal health policy allowing physicians to care for a greater number of patients in recovery programs; advocated for the creation of a CMS demonstration for skilled nursing facilities, maintaining an organization's exemption from the new Medicare PPS system for 10 years; advocated to implement The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program in New Jersey, Alabama, and Delaware, and partnered with other large health systems to advocate for the inclusion of a Medicare add-on for new technologies.
From 1994 to 2010, Becker served as the national grassroots director for the American Hospital Association. There he developed and implemented AHA's advocacy campaign "Real Pain for Real People" focused on the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 and "Giveback I and II" campaign which was highlighted in the Wall Street Journal and Modern Healthcare as a model advocacy program.
Ken also led the development and implementation of AHA's "Partnership for Action" national grassroots program, leading the AHA's pioneering initiative using technology in advocacy campaigns. Previously, he worked as the Director for federal affairs for the New Jersey Hospital Association.
Ken earned his master's degree in public policy from American University in Washington DC, and his Bachelors of Arts in political science from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Brattleboro Retreat.
Executive Project Manager of VBurchett Consulting, Rachel develops project plans, proprosals, and scope of work for VBurchett's clients. Rachel is an accomplished writer and has collaborated with federal officials and policy makers regarding federal legislation and efforts to enact positive change throughout the nation. She has provided written testimony to the United States Senate and is assisting with training for federal agents. She is pursuing degrees in economics and business as well as certifications in leadership and coaching.
Rachel has been instrumental in the design of operational workflows, implementation strategy, technology development, and collaboration with international organizations. In addition to providing project management support, Rachel has lead efforts associated with a new implementation process that improves operational efficiencies and increased ROI. Rachel has designed press releases for national clients and has developed comprehensive proposals for federal, state, and local government bids.
