Virginia Burchett, Chief Executive Officer of VBurchett Consulting, is a noted healthcare innovator. Ms. Burchett has direct development and implementation experience involving a vast range of industry matters, including federal value-driven health legislation, public health, population health, national and state compliance, government healthcare programs/policy, quality initiatives, managed care, and health information technology. Ms. Burchett evaluates health technologies, designs digital health platforms, and implements impactful disease management programs for patients. She has implemented numerous large scale national and regional digital health solutions to support integrated care, including a new online patient education tool (EMMI) across 19 specialties, 150 procedures/chronic conditions, and multi-clinic/hospital systems, attaining an average 97% patient satisfaction rate and 98% satisfaction rate for the physician group and clinic nurses/registrars.

• Managed implementations, integrations, and clinical program development for leading digital health providers, health systems, Fortune 500 companies, physician groups, hospitals, ACOs, home health providers, and senior living organizations, developing strategy and coordinating relationships with partners
• Reduced care costs by $1.5 million for a large non-profit hospital system by instituting a population health program, with an emphasis on chronic care management, behavioral health, and disease prevention
• Designed and implemented a best-in-class behavioral health care plan for a population health company serving 500+ physician practices
• Exceeded nearly 90% health plan membership growth for a large hospital system account
• Worked with nationally award winning consulting firms to analyze healthcare policy changes and work flowed programs that support federal value-based health legislation, public health policy, national and state compliance, quality initiatives, population health, and CMS services, such as Medicare Part A and Part B and Fee for Service models
• Collaborated with leadership at a major health system to develop systemwide remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs in a variety of specialties including oncology and orthopedics. Developed IT workflows to integrate digital health technologies with partnering product and service vendors.
• Evaluated 50+ IT platforms and clinical programs in the areas of care management, behavioral health, population health, remote patient monitoring, transitional care, disease management, and telemedicine

• Designed EMR integration workflows for government Methadone/Drug Addiction behavioral health programs. Implemented billing systems to accommodate bundled payments reimbursements and Medicaid and Medicare models.

• Implemented New Clinical Health Coaching approaches, overlaying Motivational Interviewing (MI) standards and Behavioral Change Best Practices over clinical systems to develop state of the art online Disease Management Modules for Diabetes and Smoking Cessation Engagement Programs 
• Coordinated the development and implementation of a hospital system's new Peritoneal dialysis program, evaluating ROI, clinical data, costs, and desired clinical outcomes.
